The North Carolina Estate Planning Blog launched in 2006 as the first blog dedicated to estate issues unique to the state. The site has been nationally syndicated and won awards. In 2016, the site relaunched as the North Carolina Probate Blog when TrustCounsel refined their practice to center on probate, trust administration, trust modification (of irrevocable trusts), and related tax issues.
